Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn was born in the US. She was best known as Skyler in the AMC's Breaking Bad drama, and she was the recipient of the Primetime Emmy Award Outstanding Supporting Female Actress in Drama Series 2013 and 2014. The actress also played Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. She was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love with acting in the Preparatory School she attended before her family moved to Ohio in the late 1970's. She attended Northwestern University to study theatre as well as the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her career working in the Chicago area theatres for a couple of years. After that, she switched to film and television. Anna was cast as Arden on Down the Shore in the 29-episode show Down the Shore. In addition, she appeared in Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. Then it wasn't until the late 1990s when she was cast in the role of The Practice. Martha Bullock played two full seasons in Deadwood, which was filmed in the mid 2000's. She was cast in Breaking Bad as Skyler, in the year 2008. Sully is the Deadwood film and other films were also starring her. Gunn took the stage to star in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. In addition, she played in the show Numbered Day, which is a podcast consisting of four audio plays. Breaking Bad revolves around Walter White's wedding to Skyler.
